I’m very lucky to be able to write about my travels and never take it for granted. I love seeing new places and meeting new people, and then writing about it. I used to write a blog called Women with Spirits, which focussed on travel and cocktails, after being inspired by visiting Frankie Solarik’s fine establishment, BarChef, in Toronto.
Covid put a halt to that but I’ve continued to contribute to The Scotsman, OK! magazine, the Independent and others, across the years.
